CURRENTLY UP AND RUNNING -

NEW JERSEY TAX PRACTICE BLOG by Robert D Flach - This weblog, which has moved to a new "address", will provide information and commentary on items of interest to tax professionals who practice in New Jersey. I will write on New Jersey tax legislation, Division of Taxation and Division of Revenue rulings, regulations and announcements, NJ tax court cases, and the NJ property tax relief programs, New York and Pennsylvania non-resident taxation, online resources, practice management and development, and continuing education opportunities, attempting to bring the information to you as soon as it becomes available. On occasion I will muse on the state of taxation in NJ and the US and the lot of the tax professional. I will also report on updates and additions to the NJ Tax Practitioner Network website and developments in the offerings and evolution of the Network.

ONLINE TAX RESOURCES - An extensive collection of quick links to web pages of various State of New Jersey departments and divisions that are frequently used by NJ tax practitioners, the homepages of neighboring state tax authorities, tax forms of all 50 states, and the websites of the national tax membership organizations and their NJ chapters.

TAX PRACTITIONER RESOURCES - Links to books, publications, products and services that will prove helpful to tax professionals.

MEMBERS NEEDING HELP - NJ Tax Practitioner Network members who have a question about New Jersey taxes, or who have a tax issue or project with which they need help, can submit the question or request to me and I will post it on this page. Tax pros who want to help will email an answer or comment to me and I will forward the response directly to the member who has submitted the item. Only Network members can submit an item. But, as this website is open and available to all tax practioners, anyone can provide an answer or offer assistance. The responses will not be posted on this page; however, if I feel a question or issue is of general interest to NJ practitioners I will include both the question and the answer(s) in a posting to tne NJ Tax Practice Blog.

CLASSIFIED ADS - NJ Tax Practitioner Network members may submit, free of charge, classified ads in the categories of POSITION AVAILABLE, POSITION WANTED, PRACTICE FOR SALE, PRACTICE WANTED, and PRODUCTS AND SERVICES to be posted on this page. Only Network members can submit ads, but, again, as the website it open and available to all tax practitioners the audience for the ads is not limited.
